If you haven’t heard, The Woodlands is about to launch what will be the epitome of luxury along the shore of Lake Woodlands, across the street from Hughes Landing: The Ritz Carlton Condominiums.
The prime location, within the town center, will be built along 1200 linear feet of Lake Woodlands Waterway with views of the lake from all 111 units. Construction should begin by the fall of 2024 and will take until late in 2026 to complete.
The Hughes Corporation chose the world-renowned architectural firm of Robert Stern to design exterior and interior features of the building. Stern’s architects were influenced by the well-respected Texas architect John Staub. The end result is an amazing look of refined architecture and sophisticated classicism, creating a timeless work of distinction.
A few of the long list of amenities include guard gate entry, Concierge service by The Ritz, balconies, logias, workout room, lush pool and cabanas overlooking the lake, conference rooms, wine storage, pickleball court, cutting garden of flowers, and one of Jean George’s famous gourmet restaurants.
After previewing the early plans with some of my clients last summer, I decided that our family will most likely purchase one of the smaller units.
